“Attending these leadership retreats over the years has been such a valuable experience, both personally and professionally. Creating intentional space to step away from the demands of everyday work and focus on leadership, vision, and team connection has always left me feeling inspired. Especially for our team, as all of our leaders are located anywhere from 130 miles to 1300 miles away from each other.
