❋ Intentionally IntimateAttendance is capped at 24 people, ensuring personalized attention & teaching, organic connection, and an experience that will move the needle for every attendee.

❋ Experienced FacilitationModeled after the retreats we have seen have massive impact in our own teams for years, experience the difference of a retreat with purpose, clarity, and impact.
❋ An Elevated ExperienceOur events prioritize organization, personalization, and curated experiences for teams that don’t settle for half-way.
Who is This Retreat For?
OWNERS + MANAGERS + DIRECTORS
This retreat is ideal for leaders who:
feel stretched thin carrying the weight of leadership
want to lead with greater clarity and confidence
need stronger communication within their teams
are looking for practical leadership development — not fluff
want space to think strategically again
value meaningful connection and intentional growth
You do not need to bring a team to attend, but it is important that you are leading one. Solo attendees will participate in collaborative breakout groups and peer mastermind-style discussions throughout the retreat.
This retreat is not ideal if you’re a solo-preneur whom hasn’t built a team yet.
What You’ll Experience
Owners-Only Leadership Day
Founders and owners are invited to arrive one day early for an exclusive owners-only experience focused on:
scaling strategy
leadership bandwidth
coaching other leaders
communication at the leadership level
decision-making and clarity
building healthier leadership teams
This day is intentionally smaller, deeper, and strategically focused.
2 Days of Leadership + Owner Training
Topics will be customized in part through attendee surveys prior to the retreat to ensure training is relevant to the real challenges leaders are currently facing.
Topics may include:
leadership mindset
communication for leaders
coaching through the Enneagram
healthy team dynamics
conflict and feedback conversations
scaling leadership capacity
building stronger leaders within your organization
Team Breakout & Implementation Sessions
One of the most valuable parts of the retreat is dedicated implementation time.
You won’t just sit through presentations and leave with pages of notes. Teams will have intentional breakout time to process, strategize, and apply what they’re learning directly to their own businesses and leadership dynamics.
Solo attendees will participate in facilitated collaborative groups designed to foster meaningful connection and peer support.

What others have to say about our leaders retreats…
“Attending these leadership retreats over the years has been such a valuable experience, both personally and professionally. Creating intentional space to step away from the demands of everyday work and focus on leadership, vision, and team connection has always left me feeling inspired. The retreats foster meaningful conversations, deeper connections, and opportunities for reflection that are harder to have in the hustle and bustle of a normal day-to-day. Especially for our team, as all of our leaders are located anywhere from 130 miles to 1300 miles away from each other.
One of the things I appreciate most is the intentionality behind the experience. The retreats are perfectly curated. From location, to activities and content, to food, workbooks, and even gifts. There is thought and care put into every detail. The time together has strengthened relationships within our team and encouraged me to think more intentionally about how I lead, communicate, and contribute. I’m grateful to have been part of these experiences and for the investment that has been made in further developing leaders and creating a culture of growth.”
— Amanda Gilpatric“These leadership retreats are truly something I look forward to every year! The opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with other leaders — especially when we’re usually so far apart is such a blessing.
The retreats have helped me grow not only as a leader, but also as a person. I’ve gained encouragement from other like-minded leaders and have been challenged in the best ways through hearing different perspectives and experiences. The intentional investment poured into us during these retreats has helped shape the leader I am today.
One of the biggest things I’ve learned is how to lead with confidence in who I am and my abilities, rather than trying to fit someone else’s version of leadership. I’ve also learned the importance of investing in my own team, encouraging their growth, and helping them become leaders in their own unique ways.
What I personally love most about these retreats is the intentional time to truly connect. Not just on a surface level, but through real, honest conversations that strengthen relationships and truly bring a team closer together!”
