REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All purchases for Grayce Leadership Solutions courses, memberships, workshops, retreats, events, and training programs are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a purchased event, course, or program, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future Grayce Leadership Solutions offering of equal or greater value, at the sole discretion of Grayce Leadership Solutions. Requests for credit must be made in writing prior to the start of the event or program. Credits must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date and are only transferable within the same company.

Membership fees are non-refundable and may be canceled at any time for future billing periods. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused membership time, missed sessions, or failure to participate.

Grayce Leadership Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, course, or program. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full credit toward a future offering or a refund, at the discretion of Grayce Leadership Solutions.

By purchasing any course, membership, event, retreat, or training program, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
