The Enneagram is one of our favorite tools for both self-awareness and team awareness. The journey starts with learning your own type and how it shapes your view of the world, your instincts as a human and leader, and how you relate to others.

You’ll be sent a free assessment and resources prior to your 50 minute virtual meeting. Then you’ll be guided in self-discovery by Allie or Amanda, who are both certified Enneagram Typing Specialists. We will help you gain clarity on your Enneagram type, wings, and subtype, and explain the triads and stances.

Our goal isn’t to put you in a box, but to help you find language to explain the things that drive you so that you use it as a tool in your growth as a leader.
