The Enneagram is one of our favorite tools for both self-awareness and team awareness. The journey starts with learning your own type and how it shapes your view of the world, your instincts as a human and leader, and how you relate to others.

You’ll be sent a free assessment and resources prior to your 50-minute virtual meeting. Then you’ll be guided in self-discovery by a certified Enneagram Typing Specialist.
You will gain clarity on your Enneagram type, wings, and subtype, and be informed about triads and stances.

Our goal isn’t to put you in a box, but to help you find language to explain the things that drive you so that you use it as a tool in your growth as a leader.
