What will my team learn/do?
Guided heads up time - bring your laptops & your KPIs! We’re going teach and practice what successful leaders need to be looking at, the questions they should be asking, and making a plan for implementing in your business.
They will learn the value of having defined mission, vision, and values and how to actively use them to mentor their teams in a mission-driven way.
They will learn the same hiring, onboarding, and team-building strategies taught in MDB.
They will learn how to use the company mission & values to shape the culture of their team intentionally, including how to handle mission-led coaching and terminations.
They will engage actively in communication skills practice - both preparing and presenting a sales team huddle and coaching team members (are we talking about role playing here? Absolutely.).
They will have opportunity to engage with other Mission Driven leaders & build relationships with peers who are like minded.
